Tonight "Lyin' Eyes" was on the radio, and you know, I don't know WHO you think you are if you really do hate the Eagles. I mean, come on! They have great harmonies, some touching lyrics, a nice country twang, and I think the guitar's ok. Anyways, when I was a kid I didn't really listen to any of the lyrics and so I didn't understand the context of "Lyin' Eyes". So I always pictured a really pretty exotic looking lady with orange eyes.

Really, there's no way any of us will ever be as cool as we would have been had we lived in the 60s and 70s. Again -- I was born in the wrong era.
